No. The card opens in any phone or computer browser from the link or by scanning the QR code with the phone camera. Save Contact downloads a standard contact file (vCard) that the phone adds to its contacts.
MJXCard does not sell NFC cards. Your card is an ordinary web link, so it can be shared as a QR code, on WhatsApp or by email, and it can be written to any NFC tag or NFC card you already have, which then opens your card when tapped on a phone.
